We have been meaning to upholster the Eames Lounger with a distressed/aged black leather for some time now. We have used the leather on a number of pieces before. For example we had a very happy customer who upholstered the LC3 Corbusier Grand Confort chairs with this leather.

The Bauhaus-style Barcelona chair is a beautiful, and award winning, piece of furniture; an absolute design classic. After numerous requests from our customers for the Barcelona chair in blue, I’m happy to announce that we can now supply this iconic chair in a sumptuous blue leather finish!

Ideally we would like all potential customers to visit our showroom. This way they can appreciate the exceptional quality of our furniture. We appreciate this isn't practical for all custiomers. We are regularly asked by vegetarians and vegans if we can supply the Eames Lounger in fabric. We certainly can and have done for a number of years.

We have had a few conversations this month with customers confused by our Barcelona chair offerings. We decided to stand back and have a good look at the Barcelona Chair pages on the Iconic Interiors site. We can appreciate how the options have become confusing for potential customers. We now offer three different versions of the chair - the Chinese chair, the Bamberg and the Italian Barcelona chair.

Wegner has a reputation as being one of the true masters of Danish furniture design. During his lifetime he designed no fewer than 500 different chairs - a number of which still remain just as iconic today.
