Returns Policy
We are so confident you will be delighted with your purchase that we are proud to offer you a 7-day no quibble returns policy. If you wish to return any item simply re-package it in its original box and, within 7 days of receipt, call us on 01482 222283 to arrange.
We do not refund delivery charges. These are unavoidable charges from the carrier and for us to absorb them we would have to play safe and put up our prices. We pride our ability to minimise costs and keep these prices low and think this way is fairer.
The original packaging must be undamaged and in a resalable condition. If you fail to do so we reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct a charge which will be no more than 30% of the price of the goods from your refund as we will not be able to sell those goods on at full price. Please be aware Iconic Interiors items are packaged for European delivery to the highest standards.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or to deduct a charge on furniture which has been part or fully assembled. A charge of no more than 30% of the price of the goods from your refund as we will not be able to sell the goods at full price.
If there is any fault with the item we shall replace it at no charge to you, call 01482 222283 and report the problem.
Our 7 day no quibble returns policy is limited:
- Mainland, UK, delivery addresses only.
- Does not apply to non-stock or bespoke orders.
- Customers must contact Iconic Interiors by telephone within 7 days and be able to make the return (be in for the carriers) within 14 days of receipt. Returns will not be accepted later than 14 days from receipt.
- No Saturday collections.
- Iconic Interiors cannot accept furniture that has been damaged and furniture must be in its original packaging.
- Unless expressly defined to the contrary 7-day no quibble returns policy operates subject to Iconic Interiors Ltd standard terms and conditions.
