Part of the Soft Pad Group of chairs, the EA 216 Soft Pad High Back Office Chair was designed by 20th century designers, Charles and Ray Eames – a world-famous husband-and-wife team who created what many would consider to be some of the greatest furniture pieces of the last 100 years.

The Soft Pad Group of chairs was designed in 1969 as an addition to the ground-breaking Aluminium Group of chairs – a highly regarded collection that was a triumph of beauty and durability and won numerous awards across the globe.
