The new Eames style office chairs have arrived
Over the eight years I have been running Iconic Interiors, one thing that has amazed me is how the quality of the reproductions I come across seems to get better and better. Each year they seem to get closer to the real thing, and I see it as crucial to our development, as well as being a personal endeavour, to ensure that we are constantly searching for the best products from the best factories for our customers. This new range of Eames office chairs was only sourced in March on my latest visit to China, but so impressed was I with their quality that I didn’t hesitate to have some made and shipped over.
The first batch has arrived and I am thrilled to say that they are every bit as good as the ones I saw in the factory. It is difficult to get across in only words and pictures just how fabulous they are, but they are of such quality that I find it difficult to imagine how much better the licensed versions can be – everything from the sparkle of the aluminium to the softness of the wool and leather seats and even the rolling of the casters simply oozes quality, and the attention to detail just brings it to life. It really is the ultimate in sophisticated office furniture – for the first time you may not actually want to leave your desk!
As well as the build quality, another thing to get excited about is the range of colours, especially the Danish wool seats in red, blue, mustard and olive. They really are something different. There are other colours available, swatches of which will be sent to first class when requested, and don’t forget that if you have a specific colour in mind that you can’t find on the website please contact us as there is a good chance we can arrange something for you.
